Church Life

Sunday Services—We hope you consider joining us for one of our worship services on Sunday mornings, in the sanctuary, starting weekly at 10:30 am. Our worship services enjoy music, traditional liturgy, scripture readings, and sermons by our ministers based on the scriptures of the morning. The worship service builds to our communion service, which we feel reflects God’s love, sacrifice, and grace to each and every one of us. As such, our communion table is an open table, and we welcome all who would like, to join.

Bible Study—Our Bible studies are held each Wednesday at 10:00 am and at 7:00 pm, at which time we “unpack” further the scripture which was the focus of our worship service the previous Sunday. These get-togethers are informal, and offer opportunities for expressing individual opinions and asking questions.

Fellowship

Fellowship opportunities abound at First Christian Church Haines City, including Fellowship Dinners, OJ/Coffee get-togethers after some church services, periodic fish fries or hamburger and hot dog “picnics”! We also enjoy celebrating special days and seasons, such as 4th of July, Memorial Day, and the holidays of fall and spring!
